Nissan and the Optiview Mast – Clearly Superior

Nissan Optiview 3-stage masts enable drivers to see much more at the front then conventional forklifts. Nissan have pioneered clear view masts as as additional safety feature.

In a standard mast the chains run up the centre of the mast and driver visibility can be impaired. The view of the driver can be obscured leading to a greater risk of accidents and collisions.

With the Optiview Mast from Nissan the two hydraulic rams and the chains are located by the mast, giving the driver an uninterrupted view. With the chains and rams located in the "dead angle" area Nissan trucks fitted with the Optiview Mast are able to provide up to 50% more visibility at the front of the truck than conventional masts.
