I started my journey with Carrylift in May 2021 and have been here for 3 months, great company to work for with some great people who go above and beyond to get the job done, I was made to feel very welcome and always help is available when needed, credit to the girls in the office and solid parts department, couldn’t wish for a better company to work for even the interview was conducted in a very professional manner and made to feel comfortable which can be daunting for some. Van’s are equipped very well and stocked appropriately.
I have been Delivering forklift trucks for over 16 years for various companies within the industry before I started with Carrylift. I joined Carrylift as I was looking for a job that would enable me to spend more time at home with my family. Since starting I have quickly found that this is the best job I’ve ever had mainly due to the fact Carrylift is a very welcoming and friendly firm with a family feeling. Customer relations are second to none and there is a brilliant working environment. The Wagon and equipment are maintained to a very high standard which lets me concentrate on my job. Having a hands on Manager is a massive positive as he ensures that the job runs smoothly.
Since coming to Carrylift in February 2019 I was met with a great atmosphere with all the lads welcoming and no one was afraid to offer a helping hand where they could! I was put through the necessary training without hesitation, i am proud to be apart of the Carrylift Group.
I joined Carrylift right after completing my level 3 Qualifications and have been with the business for 2 years. In this time Carrylift have helped me develop my skills and allowed me to learn new ones. Another great thing about working at Carrylift is their customer focus, they will always go above and beyond to be the best in the business.
My apprenticeship has given me the motivation to succeed and do well in the career path I have chosen. Everyday provides an opportunity to learn something new. It has been an educational and fun filled experience working for Carrylift. It provides a good platform for career growth where talent and hard work are recognised and appreciated. I look forward to being a part of this organisation for a long time to come.
