Job Description

A vacancy has arisen within our busy Skelmersdale Operations Team for a full time Service Controller.

The role includes general support and assistance to the Service Manager, controlling the workload for our Service Engineers, handling correspondence, data entry, processing engineer’s time sheets, and booking services for our customers both via email and on the telephone. You must be computer literate and accurate in your approach, and be able to work to strict deadlines.

As the role also includes telephone conversations with customers, and liaison with other departments throughout the business, a friendly and helpful manner is essential for this important position.
