A vacancy has arisen for a full time Service Controller, based at our Thetford depot.
The role includes control of engineers daily workloads, arranging service work, producing quotations, processing engineer time sheets, booking services for our customers, taking hire enquiries, and various other administration duties for the business. You must be computer literate and accurate in your approach, and be able to work to strict deadlines.
As the role also includes telephone conversations with customers, and working with other departments throughout the business, a friendly and helpful manner is essential for this important position.
