An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Sittingbourne Operations Department, for a full time Parts Controller.
Full training will be given, though a knowledge of engineering parts would be an advantage.
The role includes ordering parts for stock and service engineers, maintaining required stock levels, data entry, and corresponding with customers via email and on the telephone.
You must be computer literate and accurate in your approach and be able to work to strict deadlines. General support and assistance to the Engineering Team, Service Controller & Operations Manager will be required.
As the role also includes telephone conversations with customers, and liaison with other departments throughout the business, a friendly and helpful manner is essential for this important position.
